Sure, the SEC may be requiring substantial paperwork (which would not surprise me given how paperwork is the only way they can justify their existence) but the delay in getting the payout has gone on far too long for me to think anything other than the worse.
I still think we have been 'had' and Management is just trying to emerge from all the stink they left behind by offering tons of excuses on why 'extenuating circumstances' they have no control over resulted in the final determination and best equitable resolve. Free and clear. Faultless. Bye.
