The CEO from what I know. But if this ticker is taken to the Expert Market from what I'm reading OTC Groups can, and establish a public Bid/Ask for traders that is my knowledge. Look into it for your DD.
Do you really think Verizon, is not going to take this free money? For what it would take them to fix this ticker, is nothing compared to what they stand to make. This ticker just happens to be at the right place at the right time.... 5G happens to be the going thing, and if this infrastructure bill gets through the better.
