Few could not update ongoing negotiations with Exxon or comment on any plans that Exxon has not disclosed.

You are asking for corporate suicide - that wouldn't be too bright, would it?

It would have been improper and dangerous to say anything about Exxon as we have to assume they are deep in the final dotting i's and crossing t's on a new agreement.

you can talk about these deals when they are signed - as FCEL did. but when they are being renegotiated you keep our mouth shut.
