Yes I understand, but I believe the rule is referring to shell companies that either are identified as shell company or a company that has no operating business in which are identified in their OTCMarket profile and are CURRENT for examples CSSI or MGCV. They’re allowing companies like this 18 months because they have complied they’re not going to let them stay years and years with no operating business because it would become a pump and dump, that’s why they’ve been given 18 months. SNVP is a stop sign no information …Suneel had plenty of time and he has done absolutely nothing the rule isn’t going to allow companies like this to exist for 18 more months regardless if he’s custodial . When the rule goes into affect imo stop sign no information will be obsolete on the pink market that was the whole point of the rule there’s no exceptions to custodians that haven’t done what they were suppose to.
