Isn’t this really a reverse merger to bring Marvion public? Terms will be interesting but possible BONZ is not paying anything. Marvion is just using this shell.
a) They were acquired cheaply by a crooked attorney for use in promoting penny stocks. b) It is up to the company promoting them to provide evidence that there is a "discovery" that merits further exploration, or is minable (at a profit). No such evidence was ever presented. c) Legitimate explorers/miners had no interest in the claims being promoted by BONZ. Mined out a century ago, or tested and found to have spotty grades.....legit companies walk at that point. Good for nothing but stock promotion.
Gold is not really that uncommon. Gold that can be mined and recovered at a profit......that's the hard part.
