Think of an instance. An individual, or more. Now, could you be certain there was never even a hint of racism in
the past of that person, or of that group, which may have contributed to the situation they find themselves in.
Kendi, there at least, is not saying it's all racism. Just that it exists in the past of most all (or all) situations involving racial disparity.
Racism has old and deep roots, worldwide.
