Doubledown, I believe you are right, and the reason I say that, is because the settlement details are probably on paper, but HCMC is purposely holding back news so all their hundreds of employees, friends and family can get their shares, before they rise too high.
Don't know if that's illegal, but how would anyone know.
It would make an awesome Christmas present.
The annual stock market Santa Clause rally would be a good time for a news release, just saying.
