Yep. Cancer market (all of the cancers) over 150 billion a year (probably around 200 billion). This is definitely gonna get approved.

RARE diseases are big money makers btw.....(small numbers of patients, relative to the big catagories below, but real money makers....potential billion dollar producers)

But if you have a loved one suffering from Parkinsons (a massive market) or Autism for instance, or perhaps clinical depression which is a very severe thing, or skitzophrenia which is tragically exploding in young people across america, the various psychosis catagories....tens of millions of potential patients in the larger categories) (so these are 4 other gigantic markets) or epiplepsy.............where these markets are terribly served and poorly served if at all, by existing drugs,

You gonna not get your doc to prescibe SAVA's drug? Where it rejuvenates the brain? Of course not! You and your family and caregivers will demand SAVA's drug off label. What is there to lose, it is safe, and no doubt will help in so many damaged brain disorders. If it can produce these results in Alzheimers, you know it has countless cross applications.

1 in 5 scripts in america are off label. So if this thing is approved for Alzheimers, can you imagine the millions of more people who are gonna get it?

<< Any idea of the $25-$30k figure is reasonable? >>

That it is a very reasonable estimate.

Biogen’s Aduhelm costs about $56K per year & Eli Lilly’s Donanemab @ $50K per year.

A recent Seeking Alpha article gave an estimated price of $28K per year for Simufilam. That estimated price was a blended average of 3 estimates that have been made by analysts over the past few months:

- $20K from B Riley Securities (made on 3 Aug)
- $25K from Maxim Group (made on 7 Jul)
- $40K from Jones Trading (made on 28 Jun)
