Approx 44M people are afflicted
Baby BOOMERS will SWELL that number to 50M
Biogen charges $56,000.00 per year (for a drug that doesn't work)

If SAVA gets 5M (or 10%) of market,
@ $30,000.00/yr
This stock prints MILLIONAIRES!

$150B/yr in revenues means the company would be valued at nearly a Trillion dollars! Especially if they OWN the market share.

The current Market Cap is at $2B
With $150B - $750B in sales, what do you think SAVA would be worth?

What intrigues me McMagyar is that 5 patients (10%) scored at least 4 times the mean improvement of 3+ pts or twice the improvement of the 68% that improved. Talk about super responders.

Now what Anavex would have done was spend years and millions of dollars to find out why those 5 scored as well as they did and you would have had was a theory based on an extremely small subset (with hopefully no misdiagnosis) to design their current trial and pray the FDA doesn't ask for an additional trial which is highly likely.

Now SAVA had nearly universal improvement over SOC so they aren't having to compare APOEs or genetic issues or even MMSE scores, much less drug concentrations. Anavex isn't even trying below MMSE of 20. It will be up to SAVA or SNPX for those patients. SAVA's results thus far (non controlled however) have shown to benefit most mild to moderate AD patients to some extent and many incredibly so. That's my take anyway. Long ways from P3 results however.
