Joe is a crook. When every pr for years was total lies. Should have been delisted even longer ago. I have seen OTC stopped for a few fraud pr's. This pone every pr for years lies. Like time they said would not increase a/s or do r/s. The right after huge increase that lead to another billions issued and when big r/s. This has been one big scam from day one.
