I now see how I misread

Adversely, if it we’re patent owners strategy to expedite they would submit that waiver to PTAB ASAP to start the 3 month clock?

Regardless, it would currently seem HCMC has missed their 3 month window as they have not responded in any fashion and PTAB now has up to 3 months to make their determination.

That would have been nice for the shareholders BUT it would give less time for our CEO dilute and manipulate.
