HPNN is basically insolvent. It can't pay its bills or obligations. The CEO Peter Daniel Michaels is a confirmed fraudster (by the courts).

He spends much of his time squatting in rental homes, then getting evicted for not paying rent. He can't keep any real assets, because all owned by him or HPNN are subject to seizure.
