LOL I'm fairly sure I posted this before but my buddy was a chef and we had six people sit down to an infused Beef Wellington on a New Years Eve.
We all started waking up with our faces in our plates the next morning... It would have been a disaster if anyone didn't know what we were getting into but we all cleaned up and laughed our asses off, then kept on with the party.
I'll never forget those days even though I don't dare to walk that walk any longer.
