You could just make regular cupcakes too. It doesn't have to be a mould unless you're a chef.
all it takes is some butter and some buds. It's as far from rocket science as we can get. THC goes into most dairy items like moths to flame, then you can use them to make your favorite munchables in a regular recipe.
My boy made incredible cookies when he started and then got all fancy on us with sauces and such.
At one point I was making a cup of coffee that was like a speedball with infused cream but those days are done.
I stick to whatever batch I feel the need to bake now and definitely don't overdo the ratio like we used to. Cookies, cupcakes, brownies etc. whenever the recipe calls for butter or cream you can always substitute if the need arises. He did the fancy shit with the meat and fish on his own. I'll never lay claim for that.
I have an old crock pot I use where I put an ounce of shtuff to a pound or so of butter depending on the potency. Let it cook on low for a few hours, sift off the vegetation on top and keep what's left. It stays good in a container in the freezer for what you don't use at the moment, or the fridge if you're ready to go all in. lol
Eating it straight up is also an option but for me it is too earthy so I like to mix it in to something sweet. You can still taste it in the baked goods depending on the concentration but it's not as bad as just eating a bud off the floor. To me anyway, I know others that do.
plus you are concentrating the molecules that make the cannabis and not ingesting all the harsh vegetation that wraps around its goodness. Once again, some others would beg to differ but it's just the way I roll.
There's also ways to really get everything out of it, but that's for another lesson. oysters can help you out with that :-D
I'm really down to almost nothing these days and it's just out of personal preference rather than a dependent thing. I still have a cookie or two on the weekends or when I feel a little sore but mostly my batches are given away to others before they go bad
Since my buddy died I lost interest in getting baked but I'm still concentrating on myself and his crazy little dogg.
