That's crazy, how many shares are currently outstanding??? I don't know that answer, but it sounds like that will dilute the shares and put downward pressure for years into the future. I have been flying blind on this one as it is so hard to find out any info on this company. It suddenly fell off the face of the earth and I had no explanation why, perhaps it is this. Enlighten me as to where you are getting info on this company please.
