The company has to file all the necessary financial reports before 09/28/2021 in order to bring MEMI back to "Current Information" OTC tier! Otherwise it will stuck at 0.0001 like its peers (such as KGRI, BUNM, FRCN, and NBVG etc.) or even worse at 0.000001 like another peer (such as IFLM)...
