1) impact the RLFTF O/S and float values?

2) impact on the 'price' per share?

3) impact the EPS calculation (earnings per share)?

One of the advantages of an R/S is the O/S drops, which results in a smaller denominator in the calc, which results in a higher and better looking EPS metric.
