I agree that learning to read is not that hard. Your statement proves that the lack of reading by those in Los Angeles and New York is "intentional" by the Unions rather than negligent. For something so easy to learn and have the overwhelming number of grade school children that can't read is by design. Carries on the tradition of keeping minorities dumbed down and unable to revolt the limitations imposed upon them.
