Situations such as this are exactly why HIPAA was created. Patient care, health, outcomes, treatment, symptoms, drugs.

Really, none of that is anyone else's business. We don't get to know. People can be fined and/or lose their license for sharing private information in that way.

It's the patient's and family's choice what to share, and who to share it with.

Oh no. NP is the one who volunteered this data in calls. Even against company legal advice. Then it became part of the record.

Now then, if the public cannot access the drug through non-trial programs at the discretion of the company, why would a family member of a company executive be an exception.

If you don’t think that is your business m, great. It does speak to the mindset of NP. He is for himself and his own only. Where have we seen this movie before?
