Aha! Now you hitting the nail on the head. Kind of a unfair game if you ask me. They can buy but we can't?

So I will go back to my original comment. Games are being played.
We may not be able to buy until the price is much higher.

That's exactly what they did. The OTC is supposed to be an American exchange like someone posted about earlier. They say they're protecting American investors but it looks like they're making it easy for over seas traders / MM / PUMPERS / whatever they call them these days, to buy up all the cheap shares. I see it happening all over the OTC. These OTC exchange companies waited until the last minute to dump filings so that they could shake all the shares out , foreign buyers and "MM" are loading them up to dump on US traders yet again.. Same thing happened back when they first made this announcement. It played out just like people expected it to but the problem is, nobody knew which ones were actually playing possum and which ones were really going to the grey. This is some of the ugliest market manipulation I've ever seen.. UGLY even for the OTC scammer stocks.

Well it's not actually MMs necessarily, though some could and probably are involved at the lowest PPS as that's their job. But basically UBQU is trading right now as if already on the Expert/Grey Market. So traders allowed by the OTC/SEC to trade in those markets are the primary traders at the moment. That's why you see such low volume (almost nonsensical) trades, steady BID/ASK numbers, etc... The new regulations we're experiencing right now were created to "protect" retail traders. Now as a free market guy that believe anyone should be able to buy any stock they want. I don't like the new rules. But just like you and I assume everyone on this board. The rules apply to me and all of us, like it or not.
