"Game" is an expression of putting as much money in their pockets as they can get. So in that sense I would think it would make perfect sense to you.
As far as celebrating, I can't until they get current. It's very much like after you sell real estate. You can't celebrate until you cash the check after the closing. But you sure feel good about it when the buyers have hard (non-refundable) money up.
Only I feel that we are at that stage of closing this deal. So, I know the check is coming.
