Which party is trying to prevent black children from reading????????
In Calif. children in grade school can't read. That was the trick used by the Plantation holders, you didn't want smart slaves, you wanted them ignorant so they wouldn't revolt. Same tactic being used today on young black children, no reading, equity means they don't have to learn anything.
Dems are the current black slave holders only they do it in a subtle way.

Check out any predominantly black city run by the Dems, and you find black children failing.
