It's funny when all the 13D complain about NP and self enrichment and favor a group of people who would enrich themselves 500 % to 1000% more in one fell swoop.

I mean, really.

At least NP has worked for the company for over a decade to get his shares.

Pestell, Tony C were successfully in getting very rich for nothing in return .

Beaty through stock manipulation maybe not caused by him, but he certainly rode it well, almost like he had pertinent information about it.

Patterson , looking to get his after. Although I guess we can ask,. What he did that was worth anything for the shares that he has currently.

All these scumbags seem to see Cytodyn as a fruit tree that they are entitled to pick clean because of who they are.

Actually it is not. It is totally irrelevant that Nader asked for a number to buy IncellDx, Patterson’s consultant provided it, Nader ignored it…” Never ask, never get”. End of story…capitalism at its best.

More interesting is that Nader, who got lam-blasted by FDA, failed 3 CoVID trials and received an RTF on his HIV BLA submission made over $10 million in compensation last year. Capitalism at its worst.

Nader also got a bonus as indicated in an 8K a few weeks back. SMH.

Nader also violated the CYDY compensation policy and stole from shareholders. He got caught, cost the company $4.1 million in legal fees and the Judge cited him for “unmitigated greed “.

These are the facts. The IncellDx nonsense is just noise or report why it matters.
