Legally, at this point you cannot deny that if the payouts didn’t happen the case would not be a slam dunk. There is too much out there directly from the company saying “ we are paying you” guaranteeing the payout, that if they backed out of this the judges hammer would come down so quickly on this and the holders would easily win. Benito is not going to be dragged through the mud over Laho trust me. It will happen. I’m willing to stick my neck out on this, just as the GSCG deal happened.
