The federal case was pulled. It is done/ settled. It is a loss for nader as the goal was to stop the vote on the alternative slate of directors and that was not accomplished. He can lie ( and does) and spin what he wants. The PR is a desperate attempt for Nader to influence uninformed retail. It won’t effect those who make decisions based on facts and logic.
