Does this mean that we (long term shareholders, non 13d believers) have been lied to, about the 13d intentions? You mean to say that we were right, about wanting discovery? They were working to take everything for their benefit?

This raises the question of why Cytodyn mgmt didn't continue and just go for the jugular ?

It seems they think they have something to offer shareholders before October to satisfy them.

All the 13D will still vote with Rosenbaum picks so handing back some Power of Attorneys for their holdings is meaningless in my opinion.
