The Share structure is updated by OTCM weekly.....but the stock is currently CE ......its very doubtful you would be able to get shares...and as of Sept 28th ALL CE stocks are locked from buying or selling until the Company establishes a Market to trade on
From their most recent Quarterly Report (Aug 13th 2021) it looks like that wont happen until March
