There is no DD to do... it is a simple question that has not been answered over the last three months it has been asked
It is impossible, impossible, impossible to retire shares without buying them back unless they're restricted, or unless some company buys them out and changes the share structure
Saying to do your DD is not valid in this scenario, unless you're an Insider, to which you were revealing inside or information.
Instead of being arrogant and just saying hey man do your own DD, why don't you explain to us peasants how it's possible to retire shares without buying them back that are not restricted
