Thanks DB for the article but not real encouraging. Albright states 8 months for Markman and 24 months (two years) for jury trial. Barring a settlement or buyout, that means end of 2023 for the jury trial in our case. Much longer than most people had hoped or expected. At some point adequate funds to complete this journey will be of concern, as well. the prophet
