Not until the stock has a bid of at least .01/share trading above a penny. Ally has .01/share Min and 50K min lot bid lot I hear, and up max commission of 5% on Buys, free to sell.
Questrade in Canada and IB is ok sub penny, but being American is a no Go for Questrade I hear unless you live overseas now. I hear there is another Canadian broker too, do not have the name handy
