Re: financials for OTC Markets being ready in July but SEC financials still being finalized now, both can be true: OTC Disclosures are simple and straightforward, require just a small amount of basic information, and aren't required to be audited. SEC annual and quarterly reports require audited financials, have a completely different format, and have vastly lengthier and more substantial requirements.
