No, what he saying is that he is trying to buy cheapies, but someone keeps putting a higher bid than his, so now he has to re-raise his bid so they don’t take away “his cheapies“. The ones he wants to buy

Hell no! Once it gets close to or over a penny, I'll probably sell some little bits.

I bought a lot at .004 and .005. In hindsight, I should have waited but I'm okay with that decision. I'm down some now but had it gone to 10, 20 or 30 cents, I would have lost in a huge opportunity.

I'm not a pro investor, but another thing some of people don't understand, is that the longs can't just sell out or dump 30 mil shares. It could take a year or longer to remove yourself without crashing the price. Most of the longs are investors, not flippers and actually, that's another reason I'm so confident with this company.
