I'm thinking that it is Investors with a good POE like .0003,.0002,.0001,taking profits, alot of it could be
insiders also. Both scenarios most likely still own millions
of shares and are waiting with their free shares, for the Bull RUN,
CEO would have to report if he is dumping, but that is what a Right
Hand Man is for IMO, we would never know that. Our day with Blue skies is
approaching
