yea but its not possible...similar to how I am unable to fly to the supermarket when I need more milk.

They have 297 million restricted shares left, this is all they can "retire"

They have 1.9 billion outstanding shares available to the public. Public shares cannot be retired or cancelled, only purchased back at market price
