I don’t see how it’s any different, we already had shorting, dilution, offerings, CEOs turning out to be wanted felons, companies in business purely to sell shares etc. Now companies will be more regulated for reporting and proving their actual existence. But I don’t think it’s ever going to be not crazy down here!
