According to a post last week it sounds like they finally got their permits a week maybe 2 weeks ago.
So for how small the space is, look for it to open towards the end of the week possibly first week in October. Granted if all the contractors are lined up and there’s no delays and they have all of their materials and equipment it would be possible to be done in a couple of weeks, I myself is looking towards the end of the month.
