Hey Mike n Jen,

I'm guessing you're trying to transfer the 1M shares that were newly issued as reported on the most recent 10Q? I'm in the same boat as you. You shouldn't have to pay exorbitant fees to transfer your shares. The main issue why no brokerage is taking these shares is the unaudited financials issue. Once the financials are audited, we should be able to up list and other brokerages will be able to take our funds. If you log into the transfer agent website, you'll see that there is not market value currently assigned to your lot. I, for one, welcome the audit to make sure all the financials are correct and cleaned up since this is the first time we're actually seeing the financials for WSHE as a company. Whatever it takes to get these shares unrestricted for free trading, the better. So for now, you'll have to wait.

I would just hang tight until they announce any sort of partnerships or signed deals. With supply chains being a mess I imagine we could be 90-120 away from anything really meaningful. What’s the point of hyping something if you can’t find it or order it?!

The issuance of new shares are problematic until the financials have been audited. Brokerages don’t want to have validate shares so it’ll be a little while longer until we have cheaper options.
