"As I have stated multiple times, it is most being done via dark pools."
i dont recall seeing this from you but i probably just forgot...but yes, dark pools IS a possibility...
dark pools have been around for a long time...they exist pretty much as private exchanges and have no transparency...and the general public cannot access them...
they are used when big block trades need to be bought or sold by institutional investors and they dont want to pop or drop the stock price with those trades...
these trades eventually end up in the days trading figures...just not when they happen...you dont see them on level 2 or anywhere else...until they want you to see them...
but im not sure that yorkville even needs to use the darkpool...yorkville already has the shares to sell and the buyers lined up to buy...
at any rate, whether they use the dark pool or something else, the point is, these are agreed upon transactions...
however, still, in addition to the dilution being bought up by large entities, that still leaves a lot of retail selling that is far larger than any of the retail buying...and yet, the pps is not dropping as it should...
thus, the pps is being purposely and deliberately propped up...
dilution being bought up and pps being propped up...call me crazy, but i kinda like that scenario...
and from the size of the dilution, its some big boys buying...i like that also...
i dont know if that will continue or not...but the chart tells me that something good is coming our way short term...
im just trying to connect the dots...and when i do, i see a happy face...
what can i say?...im a kblb cheerleader??
