The reason that the share price sometimes ends up higher is because there is MASSIVE manipulation with this ticker. There are usually multiple paints a day (of very small quantities on the order of a few 100 shares), especially near the end of the day and usually in the last minute. In addition, there are market manipulators that save their buys until the very end of the day (to prop up the share price). That can be seen almost on a daily basis.
Friday was a PRIME example of this. If you notice, you will see that the share price was propped higher at the very end of the day (as is usually the case).
