2 million market cap had me doing a triple take, this stock can run 10 bags and be at a puny market cap.. 10 bags will be the warm up lap :-) the company itself is better positioned than most in the OTC and to pair with that we get one of the best SS and lowest M.C. Also very little dilution in the future

If "institutional investors" are so eager to "get in" then why is DGWR issuing shares for a few hundred thousand dollars in toxic debt with a 40% conversion discount?

either there's no such "institutional investors", or DGWR is employing the most incompetent executives in history.

And these executives are far too literate to be considered incompetent....

We’re at dirt cheap bottom while institutional investors are lining up to get in. And no one even knows...
