"It's darkest before the dawn" seems fitting here. It will seem like a waste of time until Wandi closes. If it does it will explode. If it doesn't it will be around this price (don't see it falling much lower).
Nothing to say Wandi won't close sometime. DS via his pics and live footage of coal being processed on website last month or so is as much as you can hope for as strong evidence we will be closing Wandi.
