Main page Reporting status updated now (profile page) : Latest Report 07/31/2020 Annual Report after the amended , next thing coming is 3 months till 07/31/2021 since last quarterly and we can go current. Can also be 9 months till 7/31/2021 Annual not sure, but the road is now clear, the get the YIELD sign removed on the next update

That annual report is prior to the reverse merger. The next annual will have the reverse merger for the majority of the year covered.
