Escrow money should be considered a settlement and tax free. I think you could put forth a good argument with the IRS about that money being a settlement....

Bond, yes but if paid in form of a Dividend than it’s a 15%. It may have changed but last that I knew.

The way I understand it is , that Biden’s plan would tax capital gains at the same rate as the personal income tax.

Im not certain of the tax implications but if Congress approves Bidens tax increases it would affect all I believe...
