Exactly! No clown that's been put in place as a washington DC mouth piece has done squat for US! I would ask the new FHFA woman in charge, how does this housing affordability push of yours and your bosses fulfill your conservatorship responsibility and fiduciary duty to protecting and meeting release requirements for the GSE's?
If it doesn't, than screw it, no way, we don't need it and get back to work so we can be released. Why can't a lawyer present these simple facts to a judge? There is headline after headline on the GSE's being shook down, raped and pillaged for the benefit of joe-taxpayer even though government was paid back well in excess for the forced supposed taxpayer loan....yet, you see next to nothing in the headlines regarding their duty to preserve and conserve, fiduciary duties and doing their frick'n job! It's ludicrous and immoral. Out of one side of their mouth they keep talking their ideas that keep pushing the GSE's ever closer to a financial cliff reckoning, while out of the other side, that's supposed to be doing a conservatorship, you hear crickets!
How stupid is our judicial system. It will serve them all right if a really bad event takes the GSE's under and totally screws our economy. I'll be one of many telling the news that there were 13 years wasted that any one of those years could have been used & could have avoided the mess. Then I will finger all branches for playing patty-cakes politics, and not following the constitution and respected capitalist practices, instead of their made up fairyland Bullshyt.
