Hello JaMoS. I can't recall the exact float, but I think about 2.68 million shares.

Just the members of this board appear to have well over half, probably much more than 75%.

2,580,000 is the exact float as of 6/30/21. None of those shares can be owned by Wayne Sellers since he owns over 10% of the OS and is an officer/director. None of the float can be owned by is family members either.

There are about 460M shares in the OS which will increase the float yet so far it hasn't changed. If any of those shares in the OS are restricted I'm not sure why. I can't find anything in the financials stating there are any restricted shares.

IF you subtract Sellers shares out of the OS then it would leave about 79M shares for the float. Tells me no one new is buying in. The TA doesn't update the float every week or two like the OS. If more shares appear in the float we won't know about it until mid-November.
