For once we agree. There will be minimal shareholder relief from court of federal claims. Other than discovery, it has been a complete waste of time. Any meaningful relief after SCOTUS feckless ruling will have to come from the various lower courts that will need to adjudicate within parameters set by SCOTUS. Good luck.
