Well...this sure shows you that the current GSE BOD's are NOT independent. They are following FHFA marching orders, no matter if good or bad for the businesses futures. This could be brought up in court also. Shareholders have no real voice, protection or fiduciaries who care about the running of the GSE's, with the current government appointed puppet BOD's.
