The mm sets the trade price not your broker. If you have an order in at .0003 then they will fill at somewhere close to it if the choose. Say .00028 or even .00031. Broker has nothing to do with it. Now we can not place an order for a 5 digit trade online but sometimes can if you call your broker.

Overseas brokers will let you trade till armagedon.
