Once again, KBLB DOESN'T have any patents.

They only have a few patent applications.

KBLB has full EXCLUSIVE commercial rights to those UND patents. That is just as good and essentially the same thing. In fact, its probably a bit better because KBLB won't have to pay for any litigation if it came up. UND would foot the bill.

Many people already know this though.
