I think it was to remove any minute sense of blame on Quanterix. Protects their ongoing working relationship. Now there needs to be a SH lawsuit directed at the law firm and the shorter (plaintiff) behind it that filed the original frivolous suit for losses suffered by those who panicked and sold at a great loss. Doesn't apply to me. Any firms out there willing to take that on?
I have no idea as to the veracity of either side here. What I am glad of is that Casava has already raised plenty of funding for the current trials. Otherwise this issue might make it much more difficult to raise funds
